Ironman Intermediate Training Plan €199

  • This plan is designed for a more experienced athlete who has completed an Ironman or 70.3 and is looking to not only finish but to work towards finishing the best Ironman they can.

Ironman Advanced Training Plan €199

  • This plan is based on the real world lessons we’ve learned on Rob’s journey in going from being a smoker to Kona athlete and Aisling’s similar story of going from being an ex smoker and working herself all the way to representing Ireland at an International level in both mountain and ultra running and taking a gold medal at a European Mountain running championships. This plan is based on the sessions we use every day and the ones we teach all of our elite athletes.

70.3 Beginners/First timers €149
